Project Director - Structural
Three driving forces have defined Jamie Maxwell's life—football, family, and epic builds. Not always in that order. It really depends on the day.
from an early age, he and his cousins spent every moment they could outside in a classic Kiwi childhood in and around Invercargill, New Zealand – climbing trees, building epic forts, and soaking up the sun. Jamie is still involved in the planning of epic builds – these ones are a bit larger, and typically in urban environments.
Jamie leads our structural team in our Wellington office. He has over 30 years of experience in urban development, leading a wide range of projects across New Zealand.

Inside and Outside the Envelope.
This past February, we stepped into our first-ever HRNZ Awards event, surrounded by the best in the HR industry. Not only was it our first time attending, but also our first nomination and we couldn’t be prouder to stand alongside so many incredible businesses and people making a real impact.
We were nominated for the Wellness Programme Award for our work in 2023-2024, building Wellness: Inside and Outside the Envelope, a programme designed to champion our crew’s wellbeing in a way that truly aligns with who we are. At the end of the day, our crew are the real Die-Hard Mother Effers who make Envelope what it is.
